Talent Sessions; agency represented talent ages 5 and up (minimum investment $400):
*these sessions book approx 10-12 weeks in advance, sometimes longer. In order to give you her best, talent sessions are limited per month. She is also a commercial photographer and leaves dates open for those clients as well.
Act One: actor/commercial Headshot session: (email for current pricing)

- 2-3 top changes shot with natural light outdoors and with window light in her studio, Lightbox Orlando.
- 1.5 hours of time
- web gallery of your best approx 60 proofs to make final selections from within 10 days from shoot
- 6 final edited images. Additional images may be purchased.
Act Two: in depth actor/commercial Headshot session: (email for current pricing)
- for the working actor, headshots only photographed. If needing comp card images, see package below.
- up to 4 top changes shot with natural light outdoors and with window light in her studio, Lightbox Orlando.
- 2.5 hours of time
- web gallery of your best approx 90 proofs to make final selections from within 10 days from shoot
- 9 final edited images. Additional images may be purchased.
Work It: Model Comp Card/Portfolio sessions:(email for current pricing)
- for print models
- 3 look minimum
- commercial/lifestyle/catalog images for your comp card
- 45 minutes per look shot outdoors and in her natural light studio, Lightbox Orlando
- web gallery of your best 30 proofs per look to make final selections from within 10 days from shoot.
- 3 final edited images per look. Additional images may be purchased.
Styling information:
*A hair/makeup artist will be reserved for you for all girls/women bookings and is payable separately.
(Exceptions can be made for girls with very short hair or special circumstances please discuss with us.) For boys/men the hair/makeup artist is optional.Having professional hair/makeup styling promotes the most professional and polished results in your photos. It also highly recommended to use one of our wardrobe stylists when booking the “Work It” (comp card) session.
Editing Information:
Nicole’s editing is very light handed and natural, this is a quality that defines her work. All editing requests are subject to Nicole’s discretion and approval.
When will your proofs be available?
Within 10 days from your shoot day you will be emailed a link to view your online proof gallery. It will be active for 14 days to allow you time to make final selections. you will receive the high resolution, edited images allotted for your session via Dropbox within 2-3 weeks from making your selections. Nicole does not release any unedited images.
Other important details:
Sessions are held on weekdays; All pricing is applicable to Orlando area shoots only. Nicole is happy to travel to other locations, but those do incur travel fees.
Social Media & Copyright:
Clients are free to use all images for headshot, social media, personal websites and all casting purposes.
For all other uses, including press and publicity, magazine (print & online), music or advertising purposes please contact us before usage as copyright is owned by Nicole Mitchem Photography.

*A booking fee of $100 is required to book all appointments. First use the 'Contact' form and someone will respond to you with available openings. Next, secure your timeslot by making the booking fee via paypal by clicking on the 'Booking Fee' link. No timeslots are held without a booking fee. Booking fees are non-refundable or applicable toward a future session in the event of a cancellation by the client with less than 72 business hours notice. The booking fee will go toward your session balance which is due on the day of shoot via check or cash.
Payment for your session:
The balance of your session shall be paid on the day of the shoot via cash, money order or check.Credit cards are not accepted on the day of the shoot.
